- Go to Accounts
- Select the account you want to change
- In the bottom half of the screen click Account Management
- Click the Credit Account button
- A screen like this will appear:
Type: Select the type of fee you are crediting. Most likely it’s “Late Fee”.
Other: If the type of fee is not in the drop down list you can create your own.
Amount: Put in the dollar amount of the fee credit.
Description: This will prefill but you can edit this if you prefer.
Reason: This is optional but you can put in the reason for the credit for future reference.
- Click OK to apply the fee credit.
NOTE: If you credit a fee and the Fees column now has a negative number, you credited too much. You will want to use this same process but use the Add Fee option to add back fees to give you $0 in fees.
