If you notice vehicles are not updating on your website the first place to look is your Vehicle Selector to be sure they are not “Locked”. A locked vehicle means it has been edited through the Marketing Center Software and to protect your changes from getting overwritten by a feed, it locks the vehicle so any feed that updates the vehicle will be ignored.
How to Unlock Your Inventory
- Open DSMC or access your website through your admin portal (www.YOURWEBSITE.com/admin)
- In DSMC click the My Account tab
- Click the menu button Vehicle Selector
- View the far left column and uncheck any locked vehicles. Click the column header to select/deselect all vehicles at once.
- Be sure to scroll down and Save Changes
- Now wait for your next feed update or if you have the K3 Uploader tool, right click it and say Send to Website.
